It's a sad truth that not all movies achieve box office glory and then become huge hits when they're released on video. Most movies barely break even at the box office, some never even make the trip to the theatre. Occassionally, a movie will flop at the box office, then wind up doing well on home video/cable (Eddie and the Cruisers anyone?).

Here at Video Vulture we want to help you find the best carrion money can buy (or rent). We aren't film students, producers, directors, or insiders. We're just people like you who happen to like movies. We'll be adding reviews of more movies as time goes on and we'd like your help. If you've seen a movie lately that we might have missed, feel free to submit your own review. We'll be glad for the help.

Categories

Comedy	Comedies are a real hit or miss proposition and there are a lot of good ones out there that you might have missed.
Drama	The Vultures aren't big on drama, but we've seen a few you might like.
Fantasy	The Vultures have to admit for a soft spot for fantasy movies. That doesn't mean we won't tell you the truth, it just means we've seen way more really bad fantasy movies than anything else.
Horror	Vampires are our favorites, but we've got a few other choice morsels for you as well.
Science-Fiction	Separating Science-Fiction from Fantasy can be hard (Ator?), but we're up to the challenge. At any rate, we're going to try.
Chick Flicks	Every once in a while, even the most dedicated Vulture winds up having to watch a movie with some chick (hopefully a date). We'll try to lessen the blow by pointing out a few you might be able to stand.
Other	Just in case you want to know what we thought of some documentary or something.
